About us
A small team that stays with you after launch
Mindloft Labs is a small team of web developers, a designer and an AI automation specialist, led by founderNikhil Kerketta. We plan, design and build every project ourselves, and you have one point of contact from the first call to launch and after.
Our story
We started Mindloft Labs because too many small businesses were paying for websites that looked fine but brought in no enquiries, then couldn't reach anyone when something broke. We build the simplest thing that works for your business, explain it in plain words, and stay around after launch to keep it running.
How we work
One point of contact
You talk to the same person from the first call to launch and after. No ticket queues, no being passed around.
The simplest thing that works
We build what your business actually needs, not the biggest thing we could sell you.
Plain words
We explain what we are building and why, without jargon, so you can make good decisions.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting and code belong to you from day one. No lock-in.
The team
Web developers, a designer and an AI automation specialist, led by founder Nikhil Kerketta. A small team means the people you speak to are the people building your project.
Web developers
Build fast, reliable websites and web apps.
Designer
Makes sure everything is clear and easy to use, especially on phones.
AI automation specialist
Sets up WhatsApp bots, chatbots and automations that save you time.
What you own, always
No lock-in. If you ever decide to move on, everything goes with you, and we'll help with the handover.
Your domain
Registered in your name, so your web address is always yours.
Your hosting
Set up in your own account. You can see it, and nobody can hold it back.
Your code
Handed over at launch. Any developer can pick it up later.
Your enquiries
Sent straight to you, with any customer details kept in accounts you control.
Where we work
We work with small businesses in India and abroad, remotely, by email, video call and WhatsApp.
Wherever you are, you get the same process: a free call, a clear quote, and one point of contact throughout.
What happens after launch
Launch day isn't where we disappear. It's where your site starts working for you.
A proper handover
Logins, accounts and code, all in your name, with a walkthrough of how everything works.
Someone to call
The same point of contact you had during the project. You won't be passed around.
Fixes when you need them
Ask for a one-off fix, or choose a monthly care plan so problems are caught early.
Room to grow
Add pages, languages, bookings or automations later, without starting again.
Let's talk about your business
