Who we are

This website is run by Mindloft Labs, a small web development and automation team. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at mindloftlabs@gmail.com.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry, we receive:

• your name
• your business name or website, if you give it
• what you need and the message you write
• your email address or WhatsApp number, and how you'd like us to reply
• the page you sent the enquiry from, and the date and time

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to work with you. We don't sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Each enquiry is sent to our inbox as an email, through Web3Forms, a service that delivers website forms by email. Only the Mindloft Labs team can read that inbox.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last conversation. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together, and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons after that.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to pages. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. This website doesn't set any advertising or tracking cookies.

Asking for your data to be deleted

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Emailmindloftlabs@gmail.com from the address you used, or tell us the WhatsApp number you used, and we'll do it within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
