The problem
Gyms answer "what are the fees?" in Instagram DMs all day, and many of those people never come in. Trials are booked by phone and forgotten. And members drift away at the end of their plan simply because nobody reminded them to renew.
What we built
- A complete gym website with every plan and price, and a calculator that shows what a longer plan saves
- "Fees on WhatsApp", which sends every plan instantly, with a follow-up two days later
- Free trials booked with a coach, with a WhatsApp confirmation, a reminder and a "ready to join?" message afterwards
- A desk view of today's trials, every enquiry and whose plan ends this week, with renewal reminders sent on their own
What it's built to change
- Aims to cut the "DM for price" chats that go nowhere
- Built so every enquiry gets an answer in seconds, even at 11 pm
- Built so more trials turn into members: the follow-up goes out on its own
- Built so renewals don't slip: nobody has to remember to ask
In this demo the WhatsApp messages are shown on screen. On a real project they are sent from the gym's own WhatsApp Business account.
