The problem
Small salons run on the phone and Instagram DMs. The desk answers "are you free at 5?" all day, clients forget appointments, and regulars drift to another salon simply because nobody reminded them it was time for their next cut.
What we built
- A complete salon website with every price on show, where clients pick a service, a stylist and a free time in a few taps
- A WhatsApp confirmation for every booking, a reminder the day before and another two hours before, with buttons to confirm or change
- A "time to book again?" message a few weeks after a cut, colour or gel manicure
- A desk view of the day by stylist, showing who has confirmed and who needs a call

- Set up so the salon owns its website, its client list and its WhatsApp Business account
