A chat that answers price questions at any hour, and sends the studio every enquiry with the details already filled in.

The problem
Interior studios get the same questions all day, how much for a 2BHK, how long will it take, how do payments work. Most enquiries arrive in the evening, when no one is free to reply, and a quick "Hi, price?" on WhatsApp tells the studio nothing about the home or the budget. By the time someone calls back, the customer has often asked three other studios.
What we built
- A calm, photo-led site with a chat that answers the common questions in a few taps, at any hour, and gives a rough price range from the studio's own sample prices
- The chat's answers carry into the site visit form, so every enquiry arrives with the home type, finish, budget range and possession date
- A "behind the scenes" view shows what happens next: the enquiry saved to a sheet, an alert to the owner, a confirmation to the customer and a follow-up if no one replies
What it's built to change
- Built so visitors get a rough price and clear next steps, even at 10 pm
- Designed so the studio knows the budget and timing before the first call
- Built so no enquiry is forgotten: confirmations and follow-ups go out on their own
