A coaching institute gets most of its enquiries in exam season, often late in the evening. Parents and students ask the same questions about courses, batches and fees, and many wait hours for a reply.
What we built
- A website in English and Hindi, with a language switch on every page
- Course and batch pages with timings and what each course covers
- An enquiry form and a WhatsApp button on every page
- An instant WhatsApp reply with course details, and each enquiry saved to a sheet for follow-up
What it changes
- Every enquiry gets a reply straight away, at any time of day
- Parents and students read everything in the language they prefer
- Staff follow up from one list instead of scattered messages
- Fewer repeated questions about fees and timings
