DemoProperty agent
Flat search, EMI and site visits
Buyers search flats and see the EMI on their own, then book a site visit on WhatsApp.
Demo business: Chaukhat Homes, a fictional three-person agency in Nagpur

The problem
Small property agents live on WhatsApp. A buyer asks for "2BHK under 50 near Wardha Road", and the agent forwards twenty photos, half of which don't fit. Visits take five messages to fix, and when a matching flat comes in a month later, nobody remembers who wanted it.
What we built
- A complete agency website with 18 sample flats that buyers filter by BHK, budget, area and possession
- Any search sent as one WhatsApp link that opens the same results
- Carpet area, possession and an EMI calculator on every flat
- Site visits booked in a few taps, and alerts when a new flat matches a saved search
What it's built to change
- Built so buyers can find the right three flats on their own, at any hour
- One link is meant to replace a flood of forwarded photos
- Designed so every visit request arrives with the day, slot and loan question answered
- Saved searches are there to bring buyers back when a matching flat is listed
In this demo the WhatsApp messages are shown on screen. On a real project they are sent from the agency's own WhatsApp Business account, and listings are edited from a Google Sheet.
